Job summary

A production staffing agency is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join a dynamic team in Gainsborough. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include operating machinery, conducting inspections, measuring materials accurately, and collaborating with team members. Previous production experience and a strong understanding of safety regulations are preferred. Pay is £12.21 per hour, with a schedule Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 16:45 and Friday 7:30 to 12:30.

  • Accurately measure readings and materials using basic maths skills to ensure precise measurements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols as required.
