Production Operatives – Permanent Roles with Exceptional Benefits

8 hour Mon – Fri shifts, overtime available, modern clean working conditions, and an unrivalled benefits package (listed below).

You’ll also receive above market rate pay, generous overtime and the option to progress into other departments or job roles. A training matrix provides the opportunity to increase earnings as you become more skilled. They have collaboration days so everyone feels included, to help build team bonding across shifts.

You’ll be a manufacturing professional, ideally with experience of using machines to make product. Any mechanical background often suits the company well. You’ll be comfortable with technology, and able to carry out regular product quality checks.

The company offer fixed Mon – Fri shifts, so you can choose which one suits your life. Please indicate your preference when you apply:

AM: 06:00 – 14:10 Mon – Thu & 06:00 – 13:20 Fri – Salary approx. £27,146 incl shift premium
PM: 14.00 – 22.10 Mon – Thu & 13:10 – 20:30 Fri – Salary approx. £32,070 incl shift premium

We need people with manufacturing experience, who can be trained to operate and adjust machinery. You’ll care about doing a good job, and be flexible to spend some of their time doing packing, and some of their time doing mechanical assembly. It’s also important to be able to fit in well with team members, so we want friendly approachable people.
