Duties

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Billericay team.

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, the successful candidate will work in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Follow instructions on production orders with good attention to detail and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
• Accurately weigh raw materials and load mixing machines.
• Liaise with the laboratory team and pack finished production jobs.
• Ensure all documentation is correctly completed.
• Maintain strict housekeeping and hygiene standards, adopting a “clean as you go” approach.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Participate in health, safety, training, legislation, and environmental matters.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have some production experience, possess good communication skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be capable of working independently when required.

It is desirable that the candidate holds a Counterbalance FLT license.
