Job summary

The Role
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Production team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements using Lean and CI methodologies
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to balance output, cost, and inventory levels
  • Partner with Engineering to support preventive maintenance, asset care, and equipment strategy
  • Own the operational delivery of new technology and process introductions
  • Act as a senior point of contact for operational issues impacting customers
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong EHS leadership, ensuring KPI and regulatory compliance
  • Embed a Right First Time and quality‑first culture
  • Develop and track KPIs to drive performance improvement
  • Lead training, capability development, and succession planning within the team
  • Manage performance, attendance, and capability in line with company procedures
