As Production Manager, you will take responsibility for driving operational excellence across the factory floor. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement projects and help shape the future of the site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring output meets company KPIs.

• Collaborate with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to deliver seamless operations.
