• Maximizing production efficiency to meet hourly and daily targets
• Using the integrated management system efficiently
• Upholding health, safety, and quality standards
• Completing paperwork accurately and in line with company procedures
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external hygienic audits
• Strict adherence to GMP and housekeeping standards (clean as you go)
• Providing feedback to agency controllers and managing agency workers
• Setting a strong example of best practices
• Monitoring, controlling, and minimizing waste
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Pursuing personal development through training and work experience
• Performing other duties within the scope and grade of the role as required
