Overview

Production / Labouring Operative - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Hailsham | Shifts: Typically, between 07:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

The Best Connection Eastbourne is currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Production / Labouring Operative to assist our client in Hailsham on a temporary basis. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assisting in the creation of concrete products using moulds. Ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production.
• Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications.
• Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels.
• Carry out general labouring duties around the production site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
