Job summary

A prominent media company based in Uxbridge seeks an accounting support professional to assist the production team. Responsibilities include managing invoices, providing financial insights, and ensuring cost accuracy. The ideal candidate will have A level education, accounting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SAP and a keen interest in television production is desirable. This role offers a fixed-term contract until October 2026, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be numerate and able to organize and deal with multiple tasks.
• Must work without close supervision and have initiative.
• Minimum education level of A level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support to the production team.
• Ensure all production costs are recharged monthly to projects.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable on vendor issues.
• Raise client invoices for projects and clients.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience in accounting/finance
