• Degree-qualified in an Engineering discipline.
• Practical experience within a manufacturing/production engineering role.
• Experience supporting NPD and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of CAD or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading manufacturing process design and improvement initiatives.
• Integrating new products into production in a cost-effective, high-quality manner.
• Conducting root-cause analysis and driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
