  • Develop and update work instructions, process flows and technical documentation
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions
  • Commission and optimise equipment, liaising with maintenance and suppliers
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders
  • Support new product introductions and process scale‑up activities
  • Provide technical support to shopfloor teams and train operators on best practice
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a production or process engineering role within manufacturing
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa)
  • Practical knowledge of process control, tooling, production layout and quality assurance
  • Competent with data analysis (Excel or equivalent) and comfortable using metrics to drive decisions
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams
  • Right to work as required for on‑site operational roles
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Formal training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green belt) or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, PLC basics, or factory automation
  • Background in new product introduction or commissioning complex equipment
  • Project management experience and supplier development exposure
Preferred Education and Experience
