Job summary

A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Co-ordinator in Worksop. You will support the Electrics and Hydraulics team, ensuring quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a background in supervising, knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems, and experience in a manufacturing environment. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £17.82 per hour plus overtime, with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with health & safety checks and promote best practices.
  • Cover for the Lead Co-ordinator when needed.

Job description

Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced individual to join them as a Production Co-ordinator. Your role will be to support and coordinate the Electrics and Hydraulics team. You will be the go-to person for guidance, problem-solving, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of supervising / team leading / coordinating a team (e.g. assigning workloads)
  • You have knowledge of Electrical / Hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly techniques
  • Ability to read both electrical and hydraulic drawings
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of H&S in the workplace

Salary: Up to £17.82 per hour + Overtime

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm.
