A leading host broadcast specialist is seeking a Production Coordinator in London to support event operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The successful candidate will organize and coordinate deliverables, liaise with teams during events, and manage production documentation. Ideal candidates will have experience in sports or live events, be detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. This hybrid role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and travel as needed.

HBS is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers as we plan for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ next year. You’ll play a key role in organising, planning, and coordinating multiple deliverables — ensuring every production runs seamlessly from preparation to delivery.
