• Monitor production processes to maintain consistency and quality.

• Monitor and report on inventory levels, and request replenishment as needed.
• Comply with regulatory and environmental requirements relevant to fragrance production.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Working with cross functional teams to produce our fragrances.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Job description

You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow (HA1), West London. The company is dynamic, fast paced and team‑work driven and has a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. Salary: circa £28,000 depending on experience.

Hybrid Working as appropriate and performance related discretionary bonus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for production and quality control of our fragrances. Working closely with the Production team and cross‑functional teams, you will assist in the production, testing and packaging process while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for fragrance will ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
