Product Specialist Analyst

The Investor Relations department oversees fundraising activities across all Ardian asset classes and manages relationships with investors. Within this function, the Product Specialist team is dedicated to launching new products and plays a critical role throughout the fundraising cycle. The team works closely with sales professionals across geographies and investment teams, acting as a bridge between the two.

The Product Specialist team in London and New York is made up of nine professionals, dedicated to Ardian’s Secondaries & Primaries, Private Credit, and North America Buyout activities. The individual will be based in London, presenting an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly dynamic group within a leading private investment firm.

Job Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare, design, and update various marketing and fund materials, including teasers, presentations, and FAQs
  • Due Diligence & Fundraising Process: Aid prospective investors through the fundraising cycle by handling investor queries, completing due diligence questionnaires, and coordinating with internal teams across offices to deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses
  • Market Mapping: Conduct market research, screen competitors, and analyze fundraising trends
  • Produce reporting presentations, draft talking points, and contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed
Specialised business and technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to produce compelling investor materials using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in the private equity industry; good knowledge and/or prior relevant experience in finance / private equity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, extremely detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong team player and solid project management capabilities
Education and Experience
  • Graduated from a leading business school or university (Master’s degree and/or major in finance would be a plus)
  • Native-level English speaker or bi-lingual required
Communication Scope

Strong collaboration within the team and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various internal teams across the organization, including Sales, Investment, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Fund Finance.

Regulatory Responsibilities
  • Conduct Rule Staff: Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the role
  • Understand the Individual Conduct Rules set out by the UK Regulator and ensure compliance in letter and in spirit
