Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.
  • Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.
  • Shopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech operations or a related role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts
  • Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
