Job Title: Product Owner
About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAFe Product Owner with strong domain expertise in Business Banking, Corporate Banking, and Finacle eBanking. This role will provide maternity cover for the current Product Owner and will be instrumental in driving key technology initiatives, including platform upgrades and strategic rebuilds.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Finacle Upgrade and Authentication Platform Upgrade (CIAM) projects.
  • Own and deliver the 12-month technology roadmap for rebuilding the eBanking platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and backlog items.
  • Ensure alignment with SAFe Agile principles and facilitate PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive continuous improvement in product delivery and customer experience.
Your Skills:

You should have experience with

  • Proven experience as a SAFe Product Owner, ideally within financial services.
  • Deep understanding of Business Banking, Corporate Banking, and Finacle eBanking platforms.
  • Strong grasp of technology fundamentals, especially in platform upgrades and authentication systems.
  • Experience managing complex product roadmaps and delivering strategic rebuilds.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
