A role where you can use your knowledge of electronic components and tools to shape product strategy, drive growth, and collaborate across teams in a business where teamwork and innovation are key! As the lead for this segment, you will manage the full product lifecycle – from new technology introductions and range extensions to inventory decisions and end‑of‑life planning. You'll also own supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure our products are positioned for success online. We're looking for someone passionate about Test & Tools who can combine commercial acumen with data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as e‑commerce and marketing to ensure our products are competitive, compliant, and ready to meet customer needs. No two days are ever the same – if you thrive on solving challenges, influencing market trends, and supporting future designs, this could be the role for you!

Why Join Our Team?

You’ll be part of a winning global team in a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and the office. Some travel may be required, and occasionally you’ll work outside standard UK hours to collaborate with global suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall Test & Tools Private Label product strategy to achieve sales, margin, asset management, and market share KPIs

  • Own supplier relationships and business development plans, including commercial and contractual terms
  • Set buy and sell pricing strategies to deliver margin growth and price sustainability
  • Monitor inventory health, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute marketing programmes, communicate product strategy, and provide training
  • Deliver market insights on technology trends, customer demand, and supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regional certifications prior to product launch
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, liaising with suppliers across multiple time zones
