A leading insurance company is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development of their Distinctive AXA Rating Ecosystem (DARE). This role involves working collaboratively to deliver innovative rating model solutions while ensuring seamless user experiences and effective stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product ownership within digital insurance, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver products in agile environments. We’re looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development and transition of our Distinctive AXA Rating Ecosystem (DARE). This critical role supports our Pricing Transformation, empowering our pricing teams to compete effectively in the market. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative rating model hosting and deployment solutions, collaborating across technical and business teams to drive value and excellence.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
