Role Overview

You will own the product backlog, prioritise improvements, and ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and user needs.

You Will
  • Define and maintain the Finance product roadmap
  • Prioritise backlog items for maximum business value
  • Gather requirements from Finance stakeholders
  • Ensure delivered features meet quality and audit standards
  • Drive process improvements and support change management
Requirements
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Finance/ERP
  • Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial controls
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)

Preferred

  • CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification
  • Foundation-level finance accreditation (e.g., AAT Level 2/3)
