Job Title

Product Ops Analyst & Support

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines support responsibilities with product operations. You will manage support tickets, monitor production issues, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to product improvement stories and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve incoming support tickets, escalating where needed.
  • Monitor and manage production issues, coordinating with squads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders on issue status.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and create stories for squads.
  • Maintain knowledge‑base articles, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Surface insights and generate reports for Product Managers, Designers, and Leadership.
  • Monitor adoption and usage trends to inform roadmap discussions.
  • Support market research initiatives and manage a central repository of market data.
  • Assist budget management and financial tracking related to product operations.
  • Manage key tools (JIRA, HotJar, Monday) and perform JIRA admin changes.
  • Evaluate and manage the tool portfolio to optimise productivity.
  • Support go‑to‑market initiatives in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
  • Recruit and coordinate customers for interviews, feedback sessions, and innovation programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in support, operations, product, QA, project management, or data analysis.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with methodical investigation of technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex issues for non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in product/project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Monday).
  • Self‑starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, or debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes (sprints, grooming, retrospectives).
  • Exposure to customer recruitment or feedback processes.
