Summary

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape, deliver and maintain innovative technology solutions that underpin our integrations with International Partners including our owned businesses overseas, Franchises, Wholesale and Marketplace partners. As the Partner Integration Product Manager you will be accountable for the success of our Data Integration, critical to selling, financial reconciliation, trade reporting and an enabler of data led commercial opportunities, and our Online Integrations that enable our Marketplace offering in Europe, which has significant expansion plans.

This is an exciting time to join us as we review and define a Product Strategy that is aligned and enables the growth ambitions of our International business.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and optimisation, while embracing agile ways of working and supporting data‑driven decision making.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with partners to define and prioritise product requirements and features that align with the team’s mission.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that ensures all products are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to complete product development, from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing iteration. Ensure products are crafted and developed with a colleague‑centric approach, and capture colleague feedback to advise product improvements.
  • Define key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay ahead of trends and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with other product teams across the organization to ensure alignment and teamwork.
Who you are
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation and with external partners to ensure alignment and buy in.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment, with a proven understanding of agile methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with software development and system architecture to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, with the capacity to learn new technologies and adapt to the ever‑changing tech landscape.
  • Experience working in the retail sector, in particular business to business, is desirable.
