Product Manager - Repairs and Workforce Management. Please note - Role can be remote or hybrid, subject to location., Join us on an exhilarating journey as a Product Manager for NEC Housing, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge products for the Social Housing community. We've invested significantly in our repairs and workforce management solutions over recent years and have seen our customers achieve fantastic outcomes. We're now looking to expand our team of Product Managers further, so that we can continue to invest and take our repairs solutions to the next level. We're looking for candidates with experience and understanding of the end-to-end repairs journey for social housing providers, including in-depth knowledge of internal workforces and external contractor management. Keep up to date with regulatory, legislative, and sector challenges. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on exceeding customer expectations, maximising intellectual property, and revolutionising the sector. From market assessment, consultation with new and existing customers, sector thought leaders, through to requirements decomposition, support of build and final test verification, producing clear documentation and running internal handover sessions, you'll be focused on ensuring that the NEC Housing platform supports our customers in meeting the challenges they face.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be required. All offers are subject to satisfactory vet and reference checks. Depending on the nature of the role a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may also be required.
