About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with solid experience shipping features end‑to‑end a pragmatic mindset and strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

This is a hands‑on role within a cross‑functional Squad focused on improving and evolving some of the most important journeys in our mobile app especially around paying the bill managing instalments and payment methods such as Open Banking and Direct Debit.

You’ll report to the VP of Product and work closely with engineers designers analytics marketing and operations building and deploying the technology that powers the future of consumer lending. We are looking for someone who is a true problem‑solver at heart. Our ideal candidate is highly‑motivated collaborative data‑driven and comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders while keeping the Squad focused on outcomes rather than tasks.

Strong communication skills strategic thinking and user empathy will be essential to success in this role.

During your time at Tymit you will
  • Lead the Squad to improve payment‑related experiences instalment flows and high‑impact financial journeys aligning customer needs and business objectives.
  • Work with data and customer insights to analyse performance understand behaviour patterns customer motivations and pain points and measure the impact of every initiative.
  • Bring customer insight into every decision ensuring we deliver experiences that are simple intuitive and helpful.
  • Represent the teams work and collaborate across the business to measure the success of product initiatives and new features implemented.
  • Collaborate with product leadership and stakeholders to ensure critical dates and metrics are met.
What you will bring along
  • 4 years of Product Management experience delivering impactful consumer‑facing products at scale with hands‑on experience shipping features across iOS Android and Web.
  • A strong delivery track record capable of defining a problem aligning the team and driving features to production.
  • Data fluency : able to self‑serve confident interpreting funnels payment behaviour and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record designing and improving customer journeys that solve pain points and drive adoption.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex environment (scale‑up working with an enterprise partner) balancing speed with governance.
  • Previous experience in fintech lending or payments is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to AI product development e.g. nudges personalisation education tools.
  • A customer‑first mindset bringing empathy and clarity to financial experiences.
  • Business level of English
