We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Financial Crime Prevention & Identity cross-functional mission team. You can expect great visibility for you and your work as you lead and hold accountability for the success and outcomes of our cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of product owners and coaching them on best practices to maximise the impact of features that are developed
  • Leading our digital identity strategy, enabling the business to seamlessly onboard clients
  • Driving research to find the best solutions to keep the bank, our customers and our customers\' customers safe and secure
  • Designing end-to-end products that mitigate fraud losses impacting our customers and the bank
  • Managing control activity that monitors, detects and prevents financial crime and fraud
The skills you\'ll need

You\'ll already be a capable and experienced leader with knowledge of how to drive customer value and meet deadlines. Your communication skills need to be excellent and you\'ll have a commitment to succeed in everything you do.

You\'ll be customer and metrics-driven with the ability to produce conclusive, measurable results. As well as this, you\'ll have experience in Agile product leadership, preferably in financial services, and have great stakeholder management skills.

In addition, you\'ll be expected to have:

  • Experience of fraud and financial crime prevention, as well as solid identity subject matter expertise
  • A strong drive to minimise financial crime and fraud losses for our customers
  • Experience of Banking or Software-as-a-Service in B2B and B2B2C environments
