As a Product Manager in Customer Fulfilment Automation at Tesco, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online retail by driving the development of industry-leading automation solutions across our fulfilment sites.   • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary

You will be responsible for
  • Lead product discovery and define product capabilities.
  • Prioritise features and tasks; manage a SCRUM team backlog.
  • Evaluate markets and potential product solutions.
  • Support junior team members and foster strong collaboration.
  • Ensure products meet high standards of resiliency, security, reliability, and observability.
  • Use tools such as JIRA, MIRO, Confluence, and Aha for backlog management, discovery, and strategy.
You will need
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices and methodologies.
  • Proven track record managing complex products delivering significant value.
  • Experience with user research, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in backlog prioritisation, dependency management, and insight generation.
  • Broad understanding of technologies relevant to product management.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting market research and using insights for strategic direction.
  • Ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Knowledge of the full product management lifecycle and creating/updating product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of business drivers, metrics, and commercial decision-making.
  • Ability to coach colleagues to adopt a product mindset and make value-centric decisions.
