About the Role

We Are Dcoded are partnering with a leading consulting client who are looking for a Product Manager to join their team and take ownership of a high-volume customer journey.

This role requires a hands-on product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is commercially minded, and can deliver measurable improvements to customer conversion. You\'ll play a pivotal role in driving product outcomes, embedding agile ways of working, and shaping customer-centric delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive product outcomes across a high-volume customer journey, with a focus on measurable conversion improvements.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach to product development, delivering iterative releases and customer feedback loops.
  • Embed and advocate for agile ways of working, helping squads improve their velocity and delivery discipline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, analytics, operations) to translate ideas into tangible product increments.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, nurturing both a strong product mindset and agile delivery capability.
  • Maintain a laser focus on customer needs, data insights, and commercial impact.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager in high-volume B2C or digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile product delivery and customer conversion optimisation.
  • Experience collaborating with UX, engineering, analytics, and operations teams.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with commercial awareness and customer empathy.
  • Prior consulting / client-facing experience highly desirable.
