A mission-driven technology firm in Greater London is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle from insight to launch. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO and the Growth Lead, ensuring impactful delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in product management within high-growth startups, especially in fintech or crypto, and is passionate about shaping user experiences. This role offers competitive pay and significant involvement in defining the product's future.
EverGive was conceived as the answer to a radical question: What if donations didn’t just get spent? What if they compounded over time and lasted forever instead? The world would be a different place! EverGive is on a mission to do just that - make donations compound and last forever, forming humanity’s largest social safety net over time.
Donations on EverGive are invested into Bitcoin monthly, bringing sustainability to charities and putting them on a path to financial security forever.
We build on Bitcoin, because we believe in freedom. A core part of our mission is to help restore a sound monetary system back to the world. Fiat money is a historical aberration, and EverGive joins the growing fight to revert to the mean, back to hard money which cannot be easily created or manipulated to keep people subjugated. Bitcoin is freedom money, and we believe financial freedom is the beginning of individual freedom.
You’ll occasionally lend a hand to GiveMatch, our peer‑matching app, but most of your focus will be on EverGive and its mission to leverage giving to create lasting financial freedom.
Join us as Product Manager and help shape the future of mission-driven giving! 🚀
We’re looking for a delivery-focused Product Manager who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and own the product lifecycle from insight to shipped feature. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Growth Lead to shape strategy, then work very hands-on with engineering and design to bring it to life - defining requirements, writing user stories, managing the backlog, leading sprint rituals, and seeing the work through to launch and iteration.
This isn’t a “sit-back-and-strategise” role. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, momentum, and turning ideas into reality quickly. You’ll be hands‑on day to day - owning execution, making trade‑offs, and turning real‑world insights into simple, intuitive experiences for donors and charities.
You’ll help evolve EverGive from early product‑market fit to a scalable platform - building tools that enable long‑term giving, deepen trust in Bitcoin, and serve communities across borders.
💚 Meaning Matters: We’re here to make a real impact. We care deeply about our users, their causes, and the change we create. We focus on building genuine connections, delivering results, and staying true to our mission without compromising on trust.
🧹 Mop the Floor: We roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. No task is too small, and “not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary. We take ownership and work together to achieve shared goals.
🚀 Forward Momentum: We act quickly and decisively, focusing on progress over perfection. Everyone is empowered to take ownership, make an impact, and keep things moving forward in our fast‑paced environment.
🌱 1% Better Every Day: We embrace growth by striving to improve just a little every day - individually and as a team. We tackle challenges, learn from experience, and continuously seek new ways to grow, never settling for complacency.
😁 Delight Our Customers: Our donors and charity partners are at the heart of everything we do. We listen, empathise, and innovate to solve their problems and exceed expectations, delivering exceptional experiences that create lasting value.
EverGive is largely hybrid‑remote - most roles work remotely and gather in London once a month. This Product Manager is different: you’ll be on‑site in our central London workspace 5 days a week (with regular touchpoints with the CEO and Growth Lead), and the remaining days will be remote and fully flexible.
Why We’re Moving In‑Person We’ve been a remote team since our early days, with brilliant colleagues still working remotely today.
But as we enter our next chapter of doubling down on EverGive, we believe that building something bold and enduring now requires greater speed, creativity, and collaboration. For our new hires in London, we’re moving to full‑time, in‑person. Here’s why we think that matters, and what it means for you:
This isn’t the path for everyone. But if you want to build shoulder‑to‑shoulder with exceptional peers, learn directly from our founder, and see the impact of your work every single day, this will be the most rewarding environment you’ll find.
