Overview

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver with strong IT skills? We are looking for a Complaints Investigator to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in healthcare by ensuring the quality and safety of essential medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate Product Returns: you\'ll conduct thorough investigations into customer-returned products to identify the root cause of any issues. This is not a customer service role, so you won\'t be handling customer calls.
• Analyse Data: using our advanced computer systems, you\'ll analyse data to uncover trends and patterns in product complaints, helping to prevent future issues.
• Improve Processes: you\'ll actively contribute to enhancing procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Collaborate Globally: you will communicate with colleagues worldwide, sharing insights and working together to achieve team goals.
• Be a Problem Solver: you\'ll use your analytical skills to spot trends in product complaints and escalate them to management for further investigation.

What We\'re Looking For

• Analytical Mindset: You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information to find the root cause of issues.
• Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to follow procedures and accurately document your findings is essential.
• Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are a must.
• Education: Secondary education or an equivalent qualification in Maths and English is required.
• Beneficial but Not Essential: Experience with laboratory best practices, problem-solving, and root cause analysis is a plus.
