Product Governance Specialist

Permanent | Competitive Salary | Hybrid Working

Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Product Governance Specialist . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional to play a key role within a high-performing Product Governance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpreting ESG and wider regulatory developments, assessing their impact on product governance.
  • Producing high-quality reports, presenting findings, and attending key internal / external meetings.
  • Reviewing and signing off fund documentation (prospectuses, KIIDs, PRIIPs, EMTs) to ensure FCA compliance.
  • Leading and managing regulatory and technical change projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Supporting fund launches, amendments, and closures in line with CIS rules.
  • Training and mentoring team members, contributing to policy and procedure development.
  • Ensuring operational controls are adhered to and breaches are correctly logged and actioned.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of FCA rules, CIS updates, and regulatory governance requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience leading regulatory projects and embedding new processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and confident working to deadlines in a high-volume environment.
