A premier hospitality company is looking for a Product/Digital Marketing Executive to enhance online customer experiences and support various events. The role involves working on Goodwood.com, collaborating with marketing teams, and implementing product improvements. Ideal candidates should have a degree, experience in digital marketing, and strong communication skills. As our Product/Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional online customer experience. You’ll support our diverse range of world-famous Goodwood events and 365 businesses, ensuring products are optimised for conversion.
Primarily working on our Goodwood.com website as a super-user, this exciting role acts as a key point of expertise for the different Marketing teams. From online product improvements to new product and go on sale launches, no two days are the same. You will also provide support to the Conversion & Trading Manager and collaborate closely with our Data and Digital experts, who champion a ‘customer-first’ approach and continuously strive to do things even better.
You will be joining the Campaign Team, which covers email marketing, customer journey and website conversion. We’re madly passionate about what we do and want to ensure our team love coming to work every day.
