Job Purpose

As a Product Designer at Betfred, you will play a critical role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our betting & gaming products. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders, you will design user interfaces and interactions that meet customer needs and align with Betfred’s business goals. This role requires a strong foundation in UX/UI design principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and refine product concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product experiences.
• Design user interfaces that balance aesthetic appeal with functionality, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and design innovations to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Interest in the gambling industry or relevant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
