  • Project contribution: Manage your own tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and balancing multiple priorities; Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to ensure user experience metrics are considered; Assist in planning and organizing UX/UI workshops, user testing, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to understand project requirements and identify design opportunities; Actively participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback; Build relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate to find design solutions for business problems.
  • Communication: Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards; Advocate for a strong user experience across products; Communicate clearly and concisely with internal stakeholders and external partners/clients, adapting your style as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Growth & influence: Actively seek out and apply feedback to improve your design skills and delivery; Contribute positively to team discussions and departmental goals; Strive to be a positive example for your peers.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on current trends in UI, UX, and Product Design; Understand business challenges and work with the product team to address them through design; Be open to new ideas, processes, and ways of working, always striving for design excellence.
Your Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, demonstrating a solid understanding of the field.
  • Experience using Figma and Dovetail, as well as tools like JIRA and Mixpanel (or similar).
  • Experience working effectively in an agile environment, managing your time to meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio with compelling case studies that showcase your ability to design user-centered products.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across different teams.
  • Exposure to launching new product features or iterations.
  • Experience participating in or assisting with workshops and usability tests.
