Job summary

A specialist product designer and manufacturer in Caerphilly is seeking a Product Design Engineer to join their permanent team. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification and have at least 3 years' experience in a Design or CAD operation role, adept in using 3D CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Responsibilities include concept design, technical drawings, and liaising with clients and manufacturers. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Design / CAD Operation position.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experienced with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Responsibilities

• Using CAD for concept design and producing technical drawings.
• Liaising with manufacturing providers.
• Updating 3D models and drawings.
