The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Product Controller to work in our P&L Valuations team in our London office. This team falls under our Accounting department and collaborates closely with groups across the firm including Portfolio Managers, Treasury, COO team, Business Analytics, Fund Accounting, Risk and Operations. This role will be focused on daily and monthly P&L reporting, P&L അടിസ്ഥാനവും & valuations for OTC Derivatives. The/datatables  will be supporting our discretionary macro & fixed income strategy.

What you’ll do

The successful candidate will work closely with the Front Office system (Clarion), the firm’s in-house Geneva system and Fund Administrators to ensure the accuracy of the enterprise P&L at Schonfeld.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing pricing and P&L processes including reconciliation across Front Office, shadow accounting and Fund Admin
  • Liaise closely with global departments across the firm to ensure accurate T+1 and Monthly P&L reporting
  • Investigation of valuation differences and explaining these to stakeholders
  • New products set up
  • Automation of processes and review of control environment

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in Valuations/Product Control
