• Obsession with customer needs, responsible for developing customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lending Team to create insight-led products that benefit both customers and the business, gaining stakeholder buy-in and managing change.
• Lead portfolio management, assess impact and complexity, establish business benefits, and ensure alignment with group strategy and regulatory standards.

About you

• Understanding of financial products and their value creation for business and customers.
• Strong stakeholder network, industry knowledge, and understanding of competitors.
• Experience in delivering change, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
• Leadership experience, capable of motivating and developing teams, including remotely.
• Knowledge of lending onboarding operations, especially within commercial mortgages, and experience in loan application processes.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Experience in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service, including to brokers.
