A leading energy services provider in the UK is seeking a Procurement Manager for a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will maximize financial value by managing suppliers, implementing contracts, and delivering savings. Responsibilities include engaging internal stakeholders and driving procurement visibility. The position requires experience in multi-stakeholder environments, solid procurement knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Equans is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The Procurement Manager's will be responsible for maximising delivered financial value and enhancing visibility and perception of Procurement within EQUANS.
This would be measured by successfully and smoothly implementing new supplier contracts and delivering ongoing value and savings in line with the Procurement Policy.
Procurement Managers are assigned to a specific Operating Unit within EQUANS Public Sector division, where they must establish excellent working relationships with multiple contracts across a number of sites. Procurement Managers must become a trusted advisor to these contracts and the conduit (go-to person) between them and the wider Procurement team.
This role can be based across Scotland, Newcastle and Yorkshire.
