Procurement Consultant | Transport Franchises | UK-wide opportunities | Inside IR35

Pigment is a Change & Transformation consultancy built for collaboration at scale. We work in partnership with other consultancies, government departments, local and combined authorities to deliver tailored, Embedded solutions that drive real change and commercial best practice.

Opportunity

This work is UK-wide and will be delivered on a hybrid basis, usually with 3 days per week in the office/on-site, and rates around £500 - £600 a day inside IR35.

• Experience in Transport Franchises – specifically within road, bus, tram, and light rail procurement.
