About the Role
As a Process Support Specialist, you will spend significant time on the shop floor conducting data collection, line studies, and root cause analysis to help optimise performance. You will support the creation and maintenance of standard work documents, audit processes, and contribute to quality, productivity, safety, and hygiene improvements.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidates are industrial engineering, maths, or science graduates with strong numerical and analytical skills. You should be organised, data-driven, and willing to spend time on the shop floor learning and supporting the team.
