In this role, you will operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. We are seeking a Process Operator to join our Industrailisation team. In this role, you will operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of safety and housekeeping.

  • Operate the manufacturing process in line with quality, safety standards, and operating procedures.
  • Perform routine plant maintenance to maintain efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the scope of the role. Experience in a manufacturing or hazardous environment where safety is a priority (desirable).
  • Ability to work in a busy team, delivering to plan and following strict processes and procedures (desirable).
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills within the remit of the role.
  • Physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, including lifting, climbing stairs, and working in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work a 24/7 shift pattern. Essential: Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent.
