About the Role

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in analysing and redesigning workflows, enabling technology-driven improvements, and supporting change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Optimization: Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design improved processes using best-practice methodologies.
