Job summary

A UK Police Force is seeking a skilled Business/Process Analyst to assess current processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions. Candidates should have strong business analysis and process mapping experience, as well as familiarity with Duty Management Systems and PeopleSoft HR. This full-time remote position offers a negotiable salary outside IR35, and requires strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Ideal applicants will hold or have held NPPV3 previously.

The Role

As a Process Analyst / Business Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing current processes, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and HR objectives, while providing insight into system capabilities and integration options.
