Responsibilities

• Take over a variety of files within the dispute resolution team, with a bias in contentious probate matters.
• Negotiate and settle claims and provide clear guidance to clients with empathy.
• Develop personal visibility in the legal sector, including attending industry events and writing articles with support from the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with in excess of 3 years' experience of working in probate matters.
