Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create tailor-made menus for each flight.
• Develop menu proposals based on customer preferences.
• Maintain quality control for catering standards.
• Update supplier prices in the system.
• Log and escalate issues within the in-house system.
• Communicate with Cabin Hostesses pre-flight.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve day-to-day supplier issues.
