The corporate real estate team at this highly profitable, English-headquartered, international law firm is extremely high quality. However, it is a tad underweight in comparison to its wider core real estate offering - which is one of the strongest, both in the UK and beyond.

The team, which undertakes a mixture of real asset related M&A, JVs and a soupcon of funds matters, is first-rate and well-formed, but a little bit in need of focus. To that end, it seeks a senior corporate real estate lateral with market credibility, who can provide some “Henry V” type leadership and direction.
