• Review Quarterly Independence Summary Memo.
• Provide PACE support to engagement teams.
• Monitor acquisitions and disposals for focus accounts.
• Establish appropriate regulatory structures for accounts.
• Maintain documentation for independence procedures.
• Liaise on complex regulatory matters.
