Job summary

A reputable legal firm in Herefordshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ+) to manage a substantial client base, including high-value estates. Ideal candidates will have experience in Trusts, Wills, Probate, and Taxation. The position offers potential for rapid development and applications will be handled confidentially. Qualifications

• Experience in Private Client work, especially Trusts and Wills.
• NQ+ level experience preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of lifetime tax planning for high-net-worth clients is advantageous.

An outstanding Private Client opportunity with real potential at a super multi-office regional firm in a brilliant location.

There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from Solicitors with experience from newly qualified, up to a more senior level, with experience in a good range of Private Client work, including such matters as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management. Step membership or working towards such would be a bonus here but not essential.

You will be dealing with a substantial client base, including very high value estates, some of which are within the agricultural sector, so experience in this field will be valuable, but not essential. Experience of dealing with lifetime tax planning for HNW clients would also be an advantage here.

This is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm.
