We are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their busy office based in Kent. The role covers a broad range of private client work, including:

Responsibilities

• Wills & Estate Planning
• Probate & Administration of Estates
• Trusts & Trust Administration
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• LPAs, Court of Protection & Deputyships
• Charity and Care Fee Planning

Requirements

• Strong private client experience, especially wills, estates, trusts, and tax
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Well-organised, professional, and proactive

Desirable

• STEP qualified or studying towards it (support provided)
