Qualifications

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for an Associate (3-4PQE) to join a specialist Private Client team supporting older and vulnerable individuals. The role involves Court of Protection work, deputyship and attorneyship management, financial oversight, care assessments and welfare-related matters.

You will work closely with families, carers and professionals to support individuals with a range of vulnerabilities, including cognitive decline, injury‑related capacity issues and long‑term health conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of Court of Protection deputyship and attorneyship matters
  • Attending clients in the community and care settings
  • Preparing COP applications, LPAs and statutory wills
  • Liaising with carers, social care teams and financial professionals
  • Supporting business development, events and internal submissions
