Private Client Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £47,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm based in Cornwall. Job ref: 1227.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload to include wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estates; complete files from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Apply all basic legal principles within private practice and maintain strong client service with excellent communication skills.
• Take a proactive approach to business development and developing your reputation within the market place.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years PQE; applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives.
• STEP qualification is essential.
