About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Private Client Paralegal to join our busy and well-established team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a genuine interest in Private Client law, looking to take the next step in their legal career. A Training Contract will be offered to the right candidate after 12-18 months of proven performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting solicitors with a full range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney, and tax planning.
  • Preparing legal documents, letters, and forms.
  • Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, HMRC, and the Probate Registry.
  • Managing files and providing general administrative support.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • LPC completed (Essential).
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience working in a Private Client department.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in progressing within Private Client law.
